Avgas Fuel Dispensing - Automatic Self Service using credit or Debit Card payment only (No Cash Payments).  Fenland Aero Club Members require their new fuel card to access discount fuel rate.

 

Jet A1 Fuel Dispensing - Prior Notice required for Jet A1 fuel uplift by contacting the Fenland Flying School
on 01406 - 540461 to arrange.

 

Aviation Oil - various Aviation Engine Oil grades available through the Fenland Flying School / Duty Engineer.

FUEL PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD - Please note that all flying member's accounts with old fuel cards are no longer valid and new discount cards are being issued at a cost of £10 each.  Please apply to the Secretary if you would like a new card so as to take advantage of the flying member's discount.

FUEL CARD INSTRUCTIONS



1.       Insert your Member's Fuel Discount Card & follow on screen instructions.


2.       Remove your Fuel Card (when instructed to do so)


3.       Insert your Credit / Debit Card and you must then enter your credit card pin  (DO NOT USE OLD FUEL CARD PIN)

             - follow instructions and enter your aircraft registration.


4.       Remove your Credit / Debit Card (when instructed yo do so)


5.       Press 'Avgas' & select either pump 1 (left) or pump 2 (right).


6.       Fill aircraft with fuel


7.       If a receipt is required then return to terminal & press 'ticket' & your receipt will then be printed
          (This will be your only transaction record - the receipt is only available for a short period or the next user).

IMPORTANT - THERE ARE NO CASH FUEL SALES AT FENLAND

  • Fuel card needed for discount
  • When using the pumps, you have approximately 3 minutes between 
  •  inserting your credit card and initiating a transaction by physically lifting the nozzle from the fuel pump - any longer and the system will void the transaction.
