- Address
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Occupation
- Aircraft registration (for Fenland based aircraft)
- A scan of your membership application
These details are kept for the purpose of club administration, membership renewals and occasional aviation related emails. They are stored securely and are only accessible to FAC Chairperson, Club Treasurer and Club Secretary; Membership Secretary and Events Manager.
Any member under 18 years of age requires the parent or guardian’s consent, full name and signature on the membership application.
Your details will never be passed on to any third party.
To verify, amend or remove the details held about you at Fenland Aero Club, please contact the membership secretary at membership@fenlandairfield.co.uk.
If you no longer wish to receive emails from Fenland Aero Club, please contact the membership secretary at membership@fenlandairfield.co.uk to be removed from our mailing list. Please note this will affect our ability to inform you about club related matters.
The lawful basis for Fenland Aero Club to process personal data is Legitimate Interests. Our privacy policy, risk assessment and legitimate interests assessment is reviewed annually.
