Jet A-1 pressure and pump refuelling, invoiced via Tactifil Ltd.
PPR required for Jet A-1. 24/7 and RRRF for military (NGAS) and emergency services.

Notes:

AVGAS 100LL Fuel Dispensing (Pump 2, nearest to Tower) – automatic self service using Credit or Debit Card payment only (No Cash Payments).  Fenland Aero Club Members require a fuel card to access discount fuel rate.

AVGAS 100LL Fuel Dispensing (Pump 1, nearest to the Road) – as per above.

Jet A-1 Fuel Dispensing (At rear of parking area) – prior notice required for Jet A-1 fuel uplift by contacting the Fenland Flying School on 01406 540461 to arrange.

Aviation Oil – various aviation engine oil grades available through the Fenland Flying School / Duty Engineer.

Fuel Uplift to Transportation Containers – you are legally only permitted to transport Petroleum Spirit in an appropriate, approved containers in certain maximum quantities:

  • A maximum of two 5 litre approved plastic containers (Green); or,
  • A maximum of two 10 litre approved metal containers (Jerry cans); or,
  • One metal 20 litre approved plastic container (large Jerry can).

Fenland Aero Club is not permitted to sell or allow Members / Visitors to take more than 20 litres in approved appropriate containers at any one time.

Fuel Dispensing Instructions

If you are a VISITOR:

  1. Insert your Credit / Debit Card & follow the screen instructions (including your aircraft registration).
  2. Remove your Credit / Debit Card (when instructed to do so).
  3. Press ‘100LL AVGAS Pump 1‘ (left nearest road) or ‘100LL AVGAS Pump 2‘ (right nearest tower),
  4. Fill aircraft with fuel,
  5. Receipt – if a receipt is required, then on completion of fuel dispensing return to terminal & press ‘ticket’ & receipt will then be printed.

If you are a FENLAND AERO CLUB MEMBER:

  1. Insert your Member’s Fuel Discount Card & follow screen instructions.
  2. Remove your Discount Fuel Card (when instructed to do so).
  3. Remove your Credit / Debit Card (when instructed to do so).
  4. Press ‘100LL AVGAS Pump 1‘ (left nearest road) or ‘AVGAS 100LL Pump 2‘ (right nearest tower).
  5. Fill aircraft with fuel.
  6. Receipt – if a receipt is required, then on completion of fuel dispensing return to terminal & press ‘ticket’ & receipt will then be printed.

IMPORTANT:

  • No cash fuel sales at Fenland,
  • There is approximately 3 minutes between inserting your card and initiating a transaction by physically lifting the dispensing nozzle from the fuel pump – any longer and the system will void the transaction.
